A gift from Mizoram

Tube skirt, cotton.

I have no idea where is Mizoram when I first heard it.  Here is a little extract from Wikipedia, ' Mizoram is located in the northeast of India. They are found in northwestern Myanmar, northeastern India and Bangladesh. Anthropologists classify them as Tibeto-Burman speaking member of the Mongoloid race. '.  I love the colours of this tube skirt, it also reminds me of a piece I found in Syria.
